Has anyone heard of a 5 day temporary Visa extension that the PSB can issue? It's when your Visa runs out for any reason and they give you another 5 days to get out?

The PSB gives you no visa - they give you an extension of anywhere from a couple of days to one month, so that you can reach the point of exit from the PRC of your choice.
Only work visas are issued by the PSB. Business visas can be renewed too, but I have never heard of business visas being issued for the first time to someone already inside the country.
Five days - that's assuming you travel by train from Harbin to Hong Kong, for example. Or if your plane is due to fly in five days. |
