sorry, i mentioned that in the title but i forgot it's often forgotten about.
i need an refundable ongoing ticket out of taiwan to anywhere just to show i'm "leaving." any airline recommendation? |

| Check with the agent who books you and ask her if that discounted ticket can be refunded before your purchase |

Go to any travel agent and ask for the cheapest refundable ticket to e.g. Hong Kong.
All airlines (except locost airlines) do refundable tickets.

| id go through a travel agent whos familar with the various 'needs' of foreigners. it might cost a bit more, it might not, but theyll get you exactly what youre looking for. |

We booked our ongoing ticket online to Incheon, S. Korea as it was cheaper than Hong Kong. We booked through Eva Air and were able to recover about 90% of the ticket (if memory serves me correctly) when we 'cancelled'.
