Well, forget Scot's advice. he would just spend it wantonly...I would spend it usefully 
Seriously, I have nothing at all to gain from suggesting a non-res a/c in Romania, I am genuinely trying to offer good advice.
Ask BAE where exactly they will pay your money. If you can open a UK a/c, great; if you can't however, as I believe they are very strict if you don't have residence there, then you could consider Romania. I would be happy to PM you any advice if needed. |

| I would use the money in my valuable work in rescuing the fallen. I know many distressed young ladies who are in need of financial assistance. |

I wonder if our resident Scot is a member of Ulster Ladies Work Society Trust Association in Belfast?
Or, may be he is a member of the Scottish Distressed Ladies in Edinburgh. |
