Hi, does anyone know anything about this school?
They replied to my email inquiry saying they want to offer me a job. Their website is not complete, but its www.pli.edu.mx.
I find it odd that their name is Span-glish ?
Just curious if anyone knows anything. Im in GDL at the moment so not able to go check it out in person. |

I dont know anything about this school. Just that I lived in Queretaro for awhile and never heard of it. So its not one of the big schools out there.
I suggest taking a trip to Queretaro to see the school. In-person, first impressions are important. If youre good at reading people, this would be a really smart move. Id advise against taking a job from afar with a small independent school in Mexico. |

It is risky to take a job anywhere. I would advise the OP to take the job. What's the worst thing that can happen? One might have to find another job. We all agree being in Mexico is the best way to find a job.
We, as Gringos, are accustomed to things going smoothly in the States. However, Mexico will develop your self-sufficiency skills. You will suffer. You will learn to depend on yourself. It's not the destination, it's the journey that matters.
Reminds me of the tourists in Cuba looking for USA-style fast food.
