I appreciate your advice/comments on any of the following institutions:
ie. What are they like to work for and what are the towns like?
Luoyang Teachers University
Xi'an Lighten Infobuz Intl College
Qingdao E900 Language Center

The Luoyang school is a public one. No comments. It's unknown to me, but as a public institution you can expect them to treat you more reasonably (without guarantee!).
The Xi'an outfit is a newcomer. Name sounds like a private start-up. Most newcomers are testing the legal waters, and often fail to live up to national requirements. Xi'an is not a good place to trust a stranger! It's too far away from other places where there might be a network or a consulate to help you!
The Qingdao E900 school is a private training centre that hires every month. I don't know if that's because of high turn-over! |

Roger, Thanks. Yes, I agree with you - Government funded Institutions are usally better. A lot depends on the attitude of the FAO's and their staff. If the staff of FAO is good, then you are half way there.
