Are there any native speaker EFL teachers in Bursa out there~if I could find the question mark, it would be in its proper place.
Please comment on finding privates in Bursa. Thanks |

I want to be rude and make jokes about searching for ones privates in Bursa.....Anyway, why don't you prepare yourself a swish resume, chuck on a bit of lippy and some serious looking clothes, and do the rounds of some of the factory offices there? If you are a man, the lippy is optional. |

I'm in Bursa and once you get to know a few people it's very easy to find some private students, though time is often a premium if you're also working at a language school. |

Hi there, you find in Bursa teflers either leave screaming after a few months or stay for years and years.
Finding privates is not so difficult, especially now the holidayis here you could find parents want their children to have lessons. The big problem is keeping them. Cancellations (often unannounced), can get common, and very annoying.
What usually happens is that you can't find any privates for a time and suddenly they all come along and you are swamped.
Anyway, good luck in the hunt. |

Back in 1988 whilst living in Stanbul I met a teacher living in Bursa who out of his mind not being able to even find a pub to anywhere there. Mind you, in those days it was difficult to get a drink after midnight in Istanbul.
And by the way, I've just found an old copy of Istanbullshit! |
