I am currently preparing myself for an interview in September for a teaching job for BAE. Could anyone tell me anything about the interview procedure, i.e. what type of questions I will be asked and by whom? Will I be "Grilled" or will it be a little more relaxed?

Also, do BAE take long to let their applicants know if they will be employed?

It's quite relaxed and they take ages to tell you if you've got it.

Yes Scot47, you are completely right. Some people think that BAE sell bananas and apples to Uncle Saud in SA and Uncle Zolo in Africa!!

When you discuss BAE you are talking about people who are the administrative, intellectual and moral heirs of Sir Hugh Trenchard and Sir Arthur Harris.

No problem, chaps! BAE employees with troubled consciences can offer a prayer to St Adrian of Nicomedia (Patron Saint of arms dealers), St Erasmus (ordnance workers) or St Barbara (artillery).
