|
|
Hi everyone, I have a problem with a particular online radio station that I like to listen to.
Being in Japan, and the radio station being in the UK, it won't allow me to listen since I'm not based within the UK. Obviously I need to find a UK proxy address to use to cover my Japanese address, thus allowing me to listen.
However after trying to find some proxy addresses and trying to get them working I'm left totally miffed about how to do it.
If anyone knows about these kind of things I'd be extremely grateful for any help! |

The easy answer is, unfortunately, don't get your hopes up... It was also a HUUUUUGE problem during the last World Cup when BBC was broadcasting live games but inaccessible to ANYONE outside the U.K. We were forced to find alternate means -- the whole proxy thing just wasn't cutting it.
At least I never got a U.K. proxy working -- and no one else I know did either... |

Unfortunately it's not the BBC.
A local station in Liverpool. |
