|
|
I will soon be moving from the Eastern Province to Riyadh to take up a new position. Unfortunately, I am unable to read Arabic, so finding reputable moving companies in the Damman-Khobar Yellow Pages [if I had a telephone directory] is beyond the scope of the few abilities I possess in life.
I would be most appreciative if anyone in TEFLland who has had satisfactory dealings with any such companies in Dammam, Khobar, or Jubail could provide me with the company/companies name[s] and phone number[s].
A Million Thanks In Advance! |

As for being unable to read Arabic there is a solution. You can learn to read. Illiteracy should be a source of SHAME - especially to a teacher ! |

The problem is that most of the cargo companies are involved in shipping stuff back to the home country.
I'd ask a Saudi colleague for advice, since they are more likely to be moving around the country with furniture than expats are. |
