No, I don't get your meaning. And I have no idea what the CIA handbook is, (please enlighten me). Nor am I interested in what you are ''fairly certain of''. May I remind you that those who post here are educated people who put their brains into operation before doing so. And I'm still waiting for a reply to one of your most recent wild assertions. |

Sorry if you seem to be getting a bit edgy.
1. 99% refers to the number of English medium private schools in Kuwait who use curricula based almost identically to the 'National Curriculum' guidelines of which and documents referring to are freely available on the QVA website.
2.The CIA Handbook reference is to the The CIA World Factbook (Paperback)
by Central Intelligence Agency available on Amazon ( I meant I don't know ALL the facts....they do)
3.What was the other recent wild assertion that I made- I have recently proved that the link between diabetes and alzeimers does exist, and can't remember.....
I am a bit hurt at your presumption that I am not educated...... |

Poor miski misunderstood every single thing I said.
Again, for starters, while I was talking about the local education systems (READ: PUBLIC SCHOOLS WITH NATIONAL CURRICULA, NOT PRIVATE SCHOOLS, NOR FOREIGN CURRICULUM SCHOOLS) in the Gulf (which are crap), she goes on and on about the English/American schools in Kuwait.
And you said I am jealous of Kuwaitis because of their financial supremacy, right? Because you know how much I make, or have saved up, or got/will get in inheritance, or what metal spoon I was born with in my mouth...? |

No I just don't see how 'an abundance of wealth' can have anything to do with an education system that goes wrong. |

I completely fail to see what the CIA handbook has to do with this thread, maybe you could enlighten us.
I am sure you know which assertion I was referring to and I await your answer.

I was taking the piss out of myself by saying I am not the CIA Handbook/Factbook...whatever, but you seem to have had a serious sense of humour breakdown.
99% is not a statistical piece of data (I never claimed it was) but an observation.Visit the websites of all Private Schools in Kuwait, check out their 'curriculum' link- or chat to the teachers in person, if you know any.
I have completely no idea what assertion you are talking about so I won't answer it.
I do apologise if I am an uneducated disingenuous ass.
