I know that there was a thread about a year ago concerning the merits (or lack of) of teaching with IH at Cyberjaya, but I'm wondering whether anything has changed in the past 12 months?

Any up to date information would be really helpful from you Malaysiaites.

In particular, is it still a 6 day week (I seem to remember reading somewhere recently that it is a 5 day week)?

Are the majority of teachers still teaching illegally (or without the papers on arrival)?

Is it a depressing place to work?

Will I slit my wrists after three months?

How long does the commute take from the IH apartments to the IH centre?

Many thanks in advance.

The IH website says the pay is 2500MYR - 3000MYR which, bloody hell, it's gone down! They paid more 4 years ago when I got 3500 + accommodation, and that was bugger all.
