What are the best CELTA/Tefl courses in the US? Id like to take the most complete course before applying for a job.

I live in San Francisco now and they ahve a CELTA course here for like $3k. But, from all the advice that I have read you should take your course where you plan on teaching. PLus, the CELTA is pretty rigorous and time consuming. I am planning on taking the CELTA in San Jose, Costa Rica. So, I will get down there set myself up in a place to stay. Then take the month long course and find a job soon after. SO, 3 months living plus the $1,750 CELTA fee. Not bad. Only I am bringing my Dog so it is more complicated.
