I have one 54-sqm apartment which is totally furnished (Cable TV, Washing machine, Air-conditioner, Hot-Water, Furniture�). This apartment is located in very quiet area and a lot of foreigners are staying in this flat. From this location, you can easily access to Dist.01 & 03, Binh Thanh, Phu Nhuan, Go Vap�My current tenant will be leaving Vietnam at the end of August, so it will be available as of early-September 07. The rental is US$270/month.
