| Does anyone know when classes are usually offered? Is it possible to take a class at 7PM in Taipei? |

That shouldn't be a problem, lots of poeple work in the day time.
You might want to look at this;

Also when you get to Taiwan pick up a copy of the China Post newspaper, there are often ads for schools in the back. |
