I need to get a Visitor Visa and was hoping to do so in Manila. Has anyone gone to the consulate there? Does it take three days or if it is expeditied can it be done in two?

I'm still in the states, but the nearest teco office quite a ways away. I was wondering if its just as good to spend a week in manila and get the taiwan visa at that time. and... where is the teco office in manila?
