Hello,
I'm interested in teaching in Japan and I wanted to ask if anyone is familar with this company "Internships International," http://rtpnet.org/~intintl/. They have a short-term program in Japan to teach English where I would have to pay $500, but they'll cover round trip airfare, lodging and meals. Has anyone ever participated in a program through them?
Or, which program is most recommended: JET, NOVA, Westgate, etc? Any input at all or recommendations would be much appreciated. Thanks so very much.

Neither of the links you posted work - so it is hard for people to tell you if it is a reasonable program or not.
Many people will tell you to not pay for volunteer-type programs, but if it is the impetus you need to get yourself overseas, go for it.
BUT - if you are looking for a job - just do that! You might ask the same questions over on the Japan board to get more knowledgeable answers. |
