I've been offered to start with Berlitz in San Jose this August. Everything seems legit to me, but was curious if anyone could offer any personal experiences with them?
Thanks much! |

BERLITZ is a very bad company to work fore wether you're in Asia or Europe, or wherever!
I suggest you avoid BERLITZ! |

In the 1960s I taught English in several different Berlitz schools in Europe and they were all quite loosey-goosey. Of course in those days a degree was not needed and if you were breathing you were hired. Also working "legally" was not an issue at all. Americans (USA) were actually liked back then. We were not yet "ugly". |

OP, You've probably made your decision by now but I've worked for Berlitz and would have several reasons to recommend them and one not to (they pay poorly). However, I would expect every branch to have it's own personality.
If you do end up at Berlitz I'd be interested in your experience.
