if so.... i would like to know how your wages compare to mine.
I'm currently making 30zl per hour (UtT) and usually 20 hours a week.
should i be making more?? I think I am getting paid under scale.
I paying just under 1000zl for monthly rent.

Yes, In Warsaw I have 35zl and hour, but I have many cancellations. I start at 26 hrs and go down to 16-18 most weeks. Tjhe most I ever got was 40 but only a few hours. |

losing money to cancellations is something i would never put up with. i could never see myself working for a school that had constant cancellations, and me not getting paid for any of them.
sure, cancellations happen all the time, but with the school i presently work at, if a student cancels beyond a certain time of day, the day before his or her lesson is scheduled, I am still paid for it. same goes for a no-show. if my student, or entire class for that matter doesn't show up, I get paid in full regardless. |
