I just finished a one-time job with DIC Inc in Tokyo. The ad that I replied to stated wages of a certain amount. But the actual contract was sent to me the day I left for the assignment (out of town). When I returned home I finally I read the contract and the wage stipulated in it is different from and much lower that what the ad stated. The DIC rep merely apologized - WTF??? - and simply asked me to sign and return the contract.

I copied the original ad so I know exactly how much I'm supposed to be paid.

I asked him again, politely, about the discrepancy and he hasn't replied yet.

What can I do to get him to pay me what was originally offered? |

 Get a new contract.

Seriously you did work without reading or agreeing to a contract, a first time assignment. In economics it called 'stupidity cost' and you'll have to wear it. |
