| Hey... I am looking for a cheap rate to call Germany from Taiwan. I don't want to buy a calling card... I'd rather just call using a callrate from my cellphone or landline. Anyone know of anything good? Usually they're in 3 or 5 number sequences... |

| Try Skype. Get to an internet cafe and fire away. Will save you many NT$s, or lots of NT$s if you're in need of a long call. |
