Wondering if you guys have ever had your passport stolen/lost, and how difficult it was to obtain a new one.

Did you have to go to Ankara, or could you local Consulate here help?

BTW my passport is Canadian.

I just got a new passport yesterday but it was from the British consulate. It only took 5 days and 335 ytl to get.

The Canadian consulate on istiklal should be your first stop but I know from experience they are pretty useless.

My wife got a new passport but she was back in Canada picking up her work visa. It only took a day.

Heat? We don't need no stinkin' heat.

We do, however, desperately need our Timmy's in the morning.
