The ignorance, the bias, the unmitigated gall of Clark and Henry_Cowell is astounding! For the two of you to come off as if you know anything substantial of whats going on in my case or what I am/am not doing is quite remarkable!
Are there some facts you know about my situation you have been withholding that qualify you to speak with such unequivocal authority? If so, please do tell! If not, I can only regard much of what youve had to say as ill-intentioned, confrontational opinions designed to provoke argument rather than stimulate objective discussion or invite constructive ideas.
Your condescending musings and inappropriate requests to see the proof are annoying. If you didnt come off as such insufferable know-it-alls, perhaps some of us would be more receptive to your postings.
Ill say it one more time: If youve got such a hard-on for my proof & evidence, then you can satisfy your urges by following the case in courtor read the Doubleday book/see the Columbia Pictures movie when theyre released! Nuff said.

Thanks Forest for the objective look at my situation from your perspective and experience here. I can see the reality of your points about the futility of my efforts, but the worse the odds the more determined I am to buck them. It's a David vs Goliath battle...all the more satisfying to me if I can really slay the evil Goliath.
One important reason I am going all out on this is because I do have a nice little "treasure trove" of good to very good evidence against the student and about what is really behind the accusation and the school's connection to it. Otherwise, if I and the lawyer-friend didn't think I had a good case then I also would have to think thrice about how far to go on this.
Whenever I get to tell this whole sordid affair to anyone, those ears will hardly be able to believe the depths to which the student and school have sunk just to achieve their self-centered and power-minded objectives. They rankled the wrong hombre this time, and at a minimum I'm gonna be a HUGE pain in their asses...and at the BEST extreme I'm gonna be their DADDY...BIG, BIG TIME!
The most key point in all this is that...NOTHING HAPPENED and I DID NOT TOUCH the student or any other student on the waist or anywhere else similar. I get a bit pissed off seeing my honesty and integrity challenged by someone who doesn't know a wink about me...nor does he know diddly squat about the student or the administrators perpetrating this abortion.
The place of the student's accusation was an outdoor, out-of-school activity at which I was representing the school as it's sole English flunky (the other two were chased out in 2006 and not replaced ). There were no less than a couple hundred people milling about on all four sides of our exhibition booth...and yet only the accuser and her classmate-friend saw "the touch." Figure it out. The student waited TWO days after the activity to report the false accusation, when she had the perfect opportunity and ample staff to report "the touch"to right after she claims it happened.
She continued to work at the activity for another four hours after I left the activity...even more opportunity to report this after I was gone. Why wait 2 days, after everyone was gone from the site to say this?
As for the bogus report in the decision letter about the student's condition, it's just that - B-O-G-U-S! My accuser has been seen out and about as normal, plus meeting with foreign men and photographed hugging them or being hugged by them with a nice, BIG smile on her pugly face. She's got personal ads on local and international web sites...this is one UNSLICK, SICK chick.

Regarding the lawyer-friend who's been helping me so far, I concluded just a few days ago that he is probably not suited for the legal action because until now he's been coy about going ahead with a lawsuit although he has told me there are many grounds for a suit and if the school process failed to resolve this, then the lawsuit would be the next step.
However, when I told him a starting date I wanted to begin the legal action, he balked big time and tried to convince me to wait indefinitely until the school responded to my one and only appeal.
Then he even suggested I try to arrange a meeting with the witch-bitch school president to tell her what I will do and try to work something out. When I asked him to arrange the meeting and attend he declined. I was almost livid and shocked when he suggested this madness! Her time to talk to me was back in June-July before this went too far.
Indirectly, I'm nearly certain that was his way of indicating he has reached the end of his involvement in this case. He's now a law professor and maybe he also doesn't have the time or energy to devote to this. I am eternally grateful to him for all the great work and help he's given me during the school process. I've been very lucky to have him helping as well as a few other key people who've helped get some much-needed evidence.

Okay. This is CLEARLY the language of a troll, just baiting those who ask questions so he can respond even more incoherently and illogically.
What imaginary events will he come up with next?

OP, now that the new school year has started, what will you do in Taiwan to support yourself, since you're not longer teaching at the school with which you're having this problem? How will you finance your lawsuit?

I've got a new job outside the university/college arena for now while I try to get this cleared up.
Not sure yet which way I'll finance the costs of a suit. I have one offer to help me financially from one of my supporters but I'd prefer to not go that way. Since I've decided to look for new legal help, I'll have to see how much prospective lawyers cost.
The college claims I was hired under a "special project" contract that doesn't fall under the Teachers Law. I heard that if I am covered under the Taiwan Labor Law, I might be able to get financial assistance for a lawyer from the Council of Labor Affairs.
Anybody know if this is true or false?

Ahhhh...thee misses the wry humor I started my post with! Does that line (not taken verbatim) I opened with sound familiar from any movie (hint: Christmas)?
