Sorry to keep adding questions.

I have an American style resume. I know I have to add a picture and marital status for Costa Rica.

Should a cover letter be included with the resume?

A cover letter is normal here as far as I know, but it depends on the job you're applying for. If it's gringo run, chances are they won't care much either way. If it's Tico run, like my school, they will probably give a damn.
