Here we go, yet another noobie floggin the jobs in the big cities....
I think, like in our respective home countries, new teachers here should do the hard yards OUT of these cities first. Like I said before, line up, I now have 3 years exp here AND halfway through a Masters, so back off, mate!
Yes, I will become more agressive about this particular issue whenever I post about it.

Not that I really care about what some Dave's China board elitist thinks (LOL), but I'm actually not a "noobie" considering I have a degree, TEFL cert, 2 years experience, and also happen to be set up to commence my Masters studies in the fall of 2008. If there are people less qualified than me working decent jobs in major cities in China, I don't see any reason why I can't as well.
Also, I've been doing a little bit of homework lately and have already found some master lists of universities in China. I just want to thank everyone else for the helpful comments and suggestions. |
