Hi,

Does anyone know a good place for second-hand English books in Osaka?

Or, if you have any books you would be willing to exchange you could try this site:

http://bookswapjapan.forumotion.com/

Not that many books on it yet, but the more people join the bigger the selection will become.

mmmmm, I might try that net thing, but I'd kinda like to keep my books! Wink

In a city of 10 million people (Osaka), there's really not one second-hand English book outlet?

There's a Book Off with a small selection of English books on the 3rd or 4th floor but, sorry, I can't remember where exactly. Somewhere very central, but in a city like Osaka I don't suppose that is much help. I think there is a Random Walk with a good selection of books in English, but not sure if any of them are second hand.

The best time is to buy new books during the Kinokuniya Book Sales. They happen about 4 times a year.
