Hi,

Is anyone currently renting a small house or townhouse, and might be leaving Jakarta by Xmas?? Do you need someone to take over a lease?

Not really interested in Apartments.

Or maybe somebody knows of a good house currently available for rent.
Say 2 bedrooms (3 at most) and preferrably in a complex with a security guard at the gate. And somewhere that doesnt flood!!!

I have a budget of about 60 million for a year.

I would prefer areas such as Cilandak/Lebak Bulus, Kebayoran Baru (Gandaria/Radio Dalam) , Simprug, Permata Hijau.

Any serious suggestions or advice/tips pls PM me..
