I'm trying to find out about this institution. I thought it would have a website but cannot find one. Also, a little confused as Ibra is listed as having some 100,000 inhabitants and yet the job blurb says there are 20,000. Could this be in Ibri and 'Ibra' just be part of the name rather than location?
