I ran across a website that said these are some phrases commonly used in Costa Rican Spanish. Anyone on the ground care to verify? How about adding others you've heard?

Sorry in advance if the formatting comes out wierd:

Adios Hello/Good-bye (general passing greeting)
Como ameneci�? How did you wake up?
Pura Vida Great, couldn't be better.
Maje Guy or dude.
Tuanis Cool, totally cool.
Aguevado In the dumps.
Gacho Very ugly, awful.
Si dios quiere God willing
Por dicha Luckily
Tengo filo I'm hungry
Un chunche A thingamajig
Paja B.S.
Piropos Compliments (cat calls)
Chisme Gossip

That definition of 'pura vida' is so lacking I don't even know where to begin. Pura vida is something that is used for a ludicrious amount of things, greetings, goodbyes, "OK", "cool" etc etc. It's more a culture than a slang, really. :)
