Does anyone know if TeacherMexConnect is legimate?... You have to pay $39 before submitting a resume. Any info will be GREATLY appreciated!

Don't think so. I wouldn't pay for info, especially when lots of it is free. |

I wouldn't say it's a scam, just a resume remailing service. You give them your resume plus $, and they send it to a bunch of schools.
It probably works sometimes.
I just wouldn't expect them to be too selective. I receive a fair number or resumes, and when I contact teachers, some aren't actually interested in working in Ecuador...
