How healthy are these Japanese apples? They look great (massive), taste great and they have that oh so sweet stuff inside! but, I'm wondering, are they good or bad for you? and do they have much fiber!?

They taste just like the ones you get from Whole Foods (a organic store in the US) so that must be a good thing...
you are right, they are super delicious...

In terms of anti-oxidant content Fuji apples are the healthiest in the entire world.

too bad they cost a arm and a leg Sad

I don't see how they can have actually bred an unhealthy apple, just make sure you wash it well or peel it. With size of fruit or veg it's just what you're used to- the cucumbers and eggplants usually sold in Japan are tiny compared to the type sold in New Zealand so to my husband the cucumbers and eggplants in the supermarket in NZ look freakishly large- that doesn't mean there's anything wrong with them.

I miss the apples in Japan Crying or Very sad

They have the tastiest apples I have ever had. Yummy! Send some over my way today.
