I've heard alot of people say that 1zt a minute is the base rate. In Warsaw, would that be net or gross? (Not what it should be, but what it actually is)

Also, Do you find it easy to get work all year round?

I am asking because the organisation I work for is foreign based and is a different kettle of fish entirely, but I just want to know the general rule for language schools..

Thanks in advance

"Even in the mere 2.5 years I have been here in Warsaw, I've seen a fair amount of changes...I get the feeling Warsaw really is on the move. Not all is for the better though, customer service is getting worse as all the good service people have gone off to UK."

Don't you have a pretty good idea already?

I get that gross, and take it happily as I don't do late nights, teach kids or travel.

A company would have to do a lot more than cover my tax to make me teach 15-year-olds again.

As for getting work, there's always contracts. How enjoyable they are, however, is something else. It depends how many hours a week you want to work.

No I don't have a good idea about that, that is why I was asking. As I said, I work for an organisation that is out of the loop. I wanted to know about language schools in general.

depends on your qualifications. I take that net and i don't work in big city. I'm in a small town completely saturated with schools. I think the low end teachers drive down the prices, if you've a good approach to teaching and know your stuff then you shouldn't have any problem commanding 1z/min net in a town like Warszawa
