Hi all,

This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in a shorter-term volunteer position working with younger kids. I worked at the school, ChildrenGenios, several years ago and had a fantastic experience. Here are some details.

Each year, the preschool hosts a native-speaking ESL teacher. The individual works typically in exchange for room and board provided by the school; alternative arrangements can be worked out with airfare payments and general expenses, if preferred. The school requires a 3-month minimum commitment from the ESL instructor.

This is essentially a part-time position, which frees up afternoons for Spanish classes, exploring the city, hanging out, etc. The owners of the school are wonderful people who will go above and beyond to welcome new teachers.
