There is a co-op on the Oaxacan coast that makes organic tahini, I have a jar at home, I'll try to remember to check the name when I get home.
Also those in the DF, don't forget The Green Corner which has I think 2 locations now.

also remember the food varies from region to region. Like for exam it seems here in Oaxaca there are more veggie choices on menus (the include eggs and dairy however). |

There is one down in the Coyoacan area, on Miguel Angel de Quevado (going away from Insurgentes) and then the 2nd is in Polanco or Condesa...I think! |
