Does anyone know where (not even sure if they did relocate) Carmens, formerly on Ly Tu Trong St, relocated to?
Any live music buffs in HCMC that can recommend some good places, would love to hear of them also. |

Carmens is closed for renovations. I am 99% sure that they did not relocate while construction us underway. Shame really, I loved the place. Just have to wait.
There is Yoko, Acoustic, Sax N Art, Sheridans, Piano Cafe, Poloma, and a few others that I have enjoyed. There are some bigger rock shows in D.1 and near Cho Lon D.5 every once in a while, but they only advertise in the VNese papers. The contact info is in the thread A few night spots for some tunes. |

| Thanks for the tips, would be a tragedy to lose Carmens to another high end block of apartments in that area. |
