What's all this guff about US Cheddar. Real Cheddar comes from (near) Cheddar, Somerset, England - just down the road from where I lived. Comercial Mexicana sells an orange colored US variety, which looks more like Red Leicester.
BTW, I agree with Guy - a mature Cheddar is a wonder to behold
Now, what about Stilton...  |
