Does anyone know of a charity, church, or whatever that accepts donations of clothes, towels, blankets, etc for the poor?
We've got bags of stuff that we need to find a home for. |

Hi Mike,
You need to contact the Traperos de Emaus (http://www.traperosemaus.cl/), they will come to your flat and pick up anything unwanted (including furniture, I think) and then find new homes/uses for them - it's a pretty amazing charity, actually. Another alternative is to give stuff to your local church - both times I've left Chile I've done a combination of both, and managed to meet my airline luggage allowance |

Hogar de Cristo will also go to your place to get things you are giving away. |
