"What will I have to tell the interviewer to get the job? "
I would hope due ESL teaching is a lot of old fashioned hard work, planning and spontaneous flexibility that the real question is:
"How do I find out if this is the right school for me?"
But hey, I am one of those weird people who actually wants to LIKE where they live and work.

| Aren't both questions about as important? Does it matter if you find a school that you like, if you can't convince the interviewer that you would do a good job? Then again, my last interview, I didn't seem to have to do a whole lot of convincing. It was almost like I was interviewing them. |
