Can anyone say where we can find this in Chinese, on the web? Preferably at the SAFEA website. Or some official Chinese central government website.

And/or, does anyone know the official Code section that this is from?

This request is time-sensitive.

Thank you!

There MUST be a Chinese website that has the Chinese Law Codes and Regulations...And someone on Dave's must know where to find.

Are you bi...lingual?

Can you help me find the Chinese Regs for SAFEA?

Still a time-sensitive request.

Thanks to those who have responded...but we need the Chinese SAFEA Regulations and their corresponding official Code numbers.

If it's so time sensitive shouldn't you be contacting the SAFEA offices themselves so you have accurate information rather than old versions on the internet, altered versions, etc.?

Thank you for your interest.

Yes, it would be great if one could contact the SAFEA and ask them to refer us to the relevant website, etc.

Our experience has been that the SAFEA offices in Beijing, and at the provincial and municipal levels, are somewhat less than forthcoming with information. Especially if the requested information involves technicalities of law and procedure.

One wonders whether they know, and won't say, or don't know, and won't say.

(It's reminiscent of the old joke: We asked him if he was ignorant, or just apathetic. He answered, "I don't know, and I don't care.")

In any case, we will keep trying.

By "time sensitive", we mean asap. We will not need a reply from some future poster, who might see this in several weeks or months.

Thank you again for your interest and HAPPY NEW YEAR!

The link I posted gives all the offices so if Beijing is not helpful then give some of the others a try.

I searched before and found that you could only get the latest info if you paid and that it was not to be had for free anywhere on the Net.

This is as close as you will get probally

http://www.china-tesol.com/Jobs_with_TEACH_CHINA/SAFEA_Guide_at_TEACH_CHINA/SAFEA_Contract_at_CHINA_TEACH/safea_contract_at_china_teach.html

The whole problem is that unless you have an original SAFEA contract co-signed by who you are working for and not a copy then SAFEA will not support you period.

The best of luck as you will probally need it!
