Knock and the door shall be opened.
Ask and it shall be given unto you.
You need to ask. Make posts in local websites. Ask your current employer or other teachers if they know of openings.
To my best knowledge, the high pay does not exist in schools, other than the international institutions. The great jobs with high pay are all commercial - teaching young adults, tutoring executives, etc. They exist everywhere. I no longer look for them. People contact me.....
