I've spent the last month poring over Turkey's Lonely Planet, and talking to an array of Turkish ex-pats, and my mind is made up!!

I'm on the way!!

Just wanted a heads up before I rush headlong into my own Midnight Express...

What kind of documents do I need for a working visa?

Korea's turned into a beauracratic nightmare for incoming teachers that requires planning well in advance, and it occurred to me it might be a good idea to prepare for the good people in the Turkish Immigration Office.

Any thoughts?

Cheers

You may find that securing a work visa here is much more difficult than in Korea. I have been here for more than ten years, and have been able to get a work visa twice, each for a period of one year. I am now content with the fact that I am one of the lucky ones to get a residency visa.
