Due to having to relocate from Jakarta, I have an empty Apartment available for Five months. Under my contract, it can be subletted as a home/business or just a business.

The apartment is 55m2, on the fifth floor of the building, and has two bedrooms, a large western style bathroom, and a Kitchen/lounge with a balcony.

The interior of the Apartment is in reasonable condition, and can be redecorated. You have 24 hour security, privacy, and are just a short walk away from the new Grogol- Pluit Busway stop. Anggkots run 24 hours to Kota and Grogol.

Taxi fares to: (Putra/Express/ Tarifa lama)

Kota Station: 10.000-15000rp (Glodok/Mangga Besar/Kota Tua)

Pluit : 10.000-20.000rp (Carrefour/Mega Mall)

Grogol: 10.000 - 15.000rp (Citraland)

Airport : 35.000- 40.000rp (incl Toll)

The Apartment is clean, safe, quiet and central. A downstairs laundry service charges 8000rp per kilo. A local store and Cafe, charge real Indonesian prices for their products.

Water is clean and regular, the building has a generator.

The immediate area is safe, close to affordable stores and services, and not in a Kampung. Although it is a little run down. Bank Mandiri, UOB Buana, BCA and Panin Bank have ATMs within easy walking distance.

The apartment is home to five ground floor Churches, and also rented to the second wives of members of the local Community. So flexibility, safety, privacy and security is guaranteed. It is also flood free.........

Maintanence/Security : 250.000rp

Electricity : plus 200.000 (if running AC)

Water: Up to 200.000 rp
