I've got a list of websites of Argentine universities, but at my level of Spanish it's hard to navigate to any listings of job openings or e-mail addresses where I should send my CV. Any advice?

I'm not familiar with the university system here.. However my advice would be to stick to B.A. at first as everything here is more concentrated and accessible.. You may want to try some British or English colleges as well.
I don't know if they would hire foreing ESL teachers and sponsor you for a work visa either..
I assume you a have a BA in Education or something related?
