3�5 years of experience -11,001
6-8 years of experience - 12,091
9�11 years of experience -- 13,180
12�14 years of experience -- 14,271
15+ years of experience --15,364 |

negligible -- depends on the budget each year -- one year it was a straight 500 Dhs per month across the board, one year 4.5% and another 2%. Last year was 10%.
It isn't something you can count on. |
