Just wondering when holidays are starting for you and when you are having to come back? Need to negotiate soon.

You don't say whether you're a PNET or SNET but PNETs have their own forum hkpnetsforum.com (the usual three w prefix applies). If you go to that site and then to Guest area, you will be able to read posts to get a lot of information about all sorts of topics relevant to PNETs and also to NETs in general. You will also be able to post this question there and get a bigger response than on here. For what it's worth, at the schools I've worked in I've always finished on the day the students finish and have been required to return either on the same day that the students return or only a few days before that (I haven't had to negotiate - I've just been lucky in that respect).

Most secondary NETs get 5 to 6 weeks' leave in the summer. Not sure about PNETs, but probably similar. Exact dates vary from school to school, but on average I'd say they start about the end of the second week of July and run through to the end of August.
