A websearch throws up quite a few results. However, I am not in a position to vouch for them.

I can vouch for Kalimat, from first-hand experience.

Their tutors (many of them who have visited the West or have studied there) speak excellent English and can understand most accents. This ability of theirs to understand and speak English well helps in putting across queries about certain aspects of Arabic that one may need clarification about.

I wonder: Maybe the ME will gravitate towards English teachers who speak Arabic well.
