I have been reading for some time now, the job listings on the internet for Mexico. Many, i'd say most of them, require that you are able or would be willing to teach young children. I do not think that i am qualified to teach at Universities and therefore these language schools seem to be my only options.
Has anyone found this to be a problem. Are the TEYL courses worth investing in? I do have some experience with the younger students but only as an assistant teacher where I listened to reading or read to them.
There are courses offered at the Language schools in Mexico for this and alternatively other schools offer this course on-line. Anyone out there that has taken these courses?
Do most language school actually have young learners or are they just advertising this to cover all bases?
Thanks
Dee. |

Most language schools in the city where I am offer children's classes. Off hand, I can't think of any that don't, although there are a couple of language schools here that don't offer adult classes. |
