Most things are possible in Indonesia. However, legally you need to have a degree.
Incidentally, if you really are a Dutchman, another problem is that to work as a native speaker English teacher, you need to be from the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or the UK. |

| if you are white and can speak reasonable english you can get hired as a native speaker. the first part is more important than the second too. |
