They say they are having a conference in Khobar on 1 May.

| Yes, scot47, they are having a conference on May 1 at PMU. It is an official affiliate of TESOL. PMU is hosting the conference. |

Well, I guess Uncle Scot will not be able to see or recognize you. Because men and women will be separated from each other and there is no way Uncle Scott can see you! l

That one is not Uncle Scot, it is the cousin of Uncle Bandar whose duty is to observe and check that Uncle Scot is behaving according to the laws of the land! |
