Could anyone enlighten me as to why Westgate still advertise for their university program eventhough the start date mentioned is may4th?
Is it because they have a need for a lot of back up instructors or do they have jobs that start later?
I have a phone interview comin up. Would anyone be so kind as to let me know what kinda questions to expect?

I think it's because they have a lot of backup teachers. There are also some positions that begin in September.

I did the phone interview several years ago and would imagine that it hasn't changed much. I was interviewed by a Japanese national and asked a lot of hypothetical questions about classroom situations. Maybe I got lucky, but it was one of the most professional interviews I've had in EFL. It took between 30 to 45 minutes and I was eventually offered the job. Unfortunately, I had to turn them down because I was also offered a job in the ME which I took. Hope this helps.
