This guy certainly has a personal problem, but not with me. Here for all of you interested in the potential nature of language school owners in Japan is an email from Brian Miller of The New Village in Kobe. While he mistakes my identity to be someone else it does provide a hopefully extreme example of how strange some gaijin language center owners are in Japan. To be fair I did contact him first to express my surprise about the things Id heard about him from people I know well enough to trust. Perhaps he is not taking his Canadian medication and my questions about his prior unlawful employment conduct tipped him over the edge who knows. Anyway, Ive censored the bad language in the interests of decency.

Hey! I.C. you coward!

If I see you on the street again, I'm going to beat you like a circus monkey, you stupid fat ****. This is not a threat. This is a promise. You'd better walk around armed when you are in Sannomiya. You crossed the line with me for the last time ****head. I'm gonna enjoy knocking all your teeth out and making you pick them up with your broken arms ******. You may have 50 pounds on me, lumpy, but I'm psychotic enough to make it so you have to eat through a straw for months and walk with a limp for the rest of your life. I don't care what personal injury I may suffer in the melee, just as long as you bleed, *****.

See you around tough guy.

P.S. Let this be a lesson to you: next time you come home drunk, stay off the Internet. You may say something you regret!

P.P.S. Keep looking over your shoulder because when you least expect it - WHAM! The last voice you'll hear before you wake up in the emergency room will be mine.

So that was it very entertaining, if pathetic. A few observations on this rant: Brian Miller begins by claiming his imagined enemy to be a coward. Well first of all I am female, so perhaps attacking women isnt so brave, and you will note that in his P.P.S he threatens to back-jump this person not exactly honorable or brave stuff there either. And of course its real easy to be the Internet hard man. He seems to think I live in Sannomiya in Kobe, well that isnt the case because I am in the USA, a fact I am sure the webmaster would be only too happy to confirm to this nut-job. Anyway, as a woman I have to say that this is the most pathetic attempt at being Internet-macho I have ever seen and full of impotent clichs. Anyone that does a P.S (let alone a P.P.S) is obviously pretty darn sad.

To clarify, I will be flying out to Japan in the next few weeks and I find this kind of rabied ranting a bit off-putting.
